On the managment portal I can see you ran the query using the SELECTMODE "Display mode"

Try to set the SELECTMODE to "Display mode" when creating the instance of %SQL.Statement:

set tStatement = ##class(%SQL.Statement).%New(2)

SELECTMODE available options:

0 - Logical mode
1 - ODBC mode
2 - Display mode
