Can I find out which user created an Operation in Iris?
Long shot but is there a way to see which user created an Operation (for example) in Iris?

Yes, this will get logged in the system audit database as a "ModifyConfiguration" event:

I believe auditing of ModifyConfiguration events is enabled by default.
